swapping out the air fuel mix brass screw

Hey, I've been searching the site for a post describing swapping out the air mix screw.  I'd like to replace it for one that I can adjust by hand because it's more convenient and the current one is stripping out a little.

Does anyone have experience doing this and can you detail the steps and send info on what screw you used to replace the stock on?

Looking to swap out for something like one I attached

A year or two ago I tried to find one of these for the savage and came up empty. Seems there were some links to screws that supposedly would fit and maybe I found reviews at the time that the "universal" or "multi" fit didn't fit for us.

If you do find otherwise, I am sure we would all like to hear about it and know where you found the one that fits...so we can get one too.
