Harriet Tubman $20 Bill Leaked Weeks After Trump Administration Delayed Release


A preliminary design for a new $20 bill featuring Harriet Tubman was leaked in a New York Times report Friday, less than a month after the Trump administration delayed plans to release it, citing technical reasons.

As it turns out, the mock-up was finished in 2016, according to the paper.


President Donald Trump hasn’t offered an endorsement of the idea, calling it “pure political correctness” during a 2016 NBC “Today” show interview in which he suggested the bill be left alone.

“I think Harriet Tubman is fantastic, but I would love to leave Andrew Jackson or see if we can maybe come up with another denomination,” he said.


Gee, what a surprise...  Yeah, let's keep arguably one the most racist presidents on the $20 and (nearly indefinitely) delay putting a truly heroic woman on the bill.

Yep, this is trump's idiocracy.
