If that is the case, the media, etc, using their influences to try and sway elections, why is that not tampering/collusion?

Maybe we need another investigation into this possibility, I mean tampering is tampering be it Russia or CNN...yes?

they could 'fix' a election, better than the US.

No, I don't think anyone is doing anything intentionally. News media personnel are almost all liberal and they hang around with mostly liberals. So the world to them is a bubble. They subconsciously ask the wrong questions, ask the wrong people and interpret the results subconsciously through their liberal filter.
