 Lets re-word it then:

"None of the quotes you posted allow for confiscation of any property beyond currency of USD specific to a voluntarily filed US tax return, or incarceration due to non-payment or acquisition of health insurance.

I laid it out very specifically that they can only take money from your tax return.  If you consider that money to be confiscation of property then that's fine.

And do you really believe, the IRS, does NOT, Lean, real property/wages, or charge interest, (at a rate far, Far greater than any bank)
And, TAKE, money, which again is YOURS, out of your return ?

 Nobody said that, you did.

They, if you have a return, take that as a fine.  A fine is not undue tax by definition.

Lets put it this way, all the talk that the IRS will take your house and jail you because you didn't have health insurance is incorrect.

Does it bother you that much seeing a real world comparison between Obama and trump?  Anyone and everyone can see how much more a man Obama is trump.

Who said anything about manhood other than you? Daddy issues?

No, I think I'm pretty confident in my manhood, thanks.

I can just see what it really means to be a man.

trump isn't one of them.  My father, my brother, my son, my best friend, my father-in-law  - hell, even oldNslow are all great examples of what it means to be a man.

None of them shirked responsibility.  None of them got "bone spurs" to get out of serving their country.

That, IS, your money, and not returning some of it,
Is confiscation of that part.
Money is your property.

My experience with the IRS, concerning peoples property, and clearing their Titles, is what I speak of.

Yes they can, and have !

take your house and jail you because you didn't have health insurance ...

No, they didn't, (Just fined you, and confiscation money from you), and now, no longer will, or can.
Because of Trump.

That wasn't the debate.  We all know the IRS can confiscate a physical home, and place one into custody.  The issue I brought up is people stating the IRS will take your house and jail you for not having insurance.  That's a false statement that people keep repeating.

Very specifically due to not having health insurance not for any other reason.  Exclusively health insurance and only in its entirety health insurance.  Only health insurance.

Really?  He smoked pot in school.  Are you saying he still smokes pot?  Further, are you saying that pot smoking automatically sends you to hell?

As to wright - Obama denounced him publicly.  Not good enough for you?

How many times did he call his wife Michael?  I don't know - how many?  And what are you implying?

He may have lectured the constitution; however, he had no respect for it.

Says you - you're entitled to your opinion.  But no matter - Obama was a far better president than trump could ever hope to be.  Hell, trump can barely spell the word Constitution.

Assuming that all that's true, it's a good  thing for him that he ran in 2008.

A sterling  guy like that wouldn't even be considered for the nomination in 2019s  whackadoodle democratic party.

Nope

Only a feeble minded imbecile can't get his wife's name correct.

I could just as easily say a real man stands up for unborn children getting turned into hamburger. A real man demands personal responsibility, not socialist handouts like Mrs Sanders is planning on. Blah, blah, blah.... its a silly game.

All I know is I've never described a politician the way you dreamily fawned over Hopey-Change a few post ago.

If they didn't, this Constitutional scholar's solution was to confiscate their property and eventually take away their freedom.

 This is very incorrect.

There is no threat of incarceration or confiscation of property involved in the ACA.  The IRS can not take your property for failing to have health insurance, or paying the tax penalty.  The IRS can not incarcerate you for failing to have health insurance or paying the tax penalty.

The IRS can not garnish wages, at a maximum they can withhold from your tax return if you get one.

 Directly from the IRS:

"such taxpayer shall not be subject to any criminal prosecution or penalty with respect to such failure"

I believe the IRS amended rules that says its a felony to not answer a required question on your tax return. So if you did not answer the obama healthcare question, you could be charged with a felony and you could most certainly face jail time if a politically motivated prosecutor wanted to make a case out of you.

is that correct or not? i honestly don't know but seems i heard that somewhere.

So if you did not answer the obama healthcare question,

” the IRS said in a statement issued to Reuters on Wednesday. “In addition, returns filed on paper that do not address the health coverage requirements may be suspended pending the receipt of additional information and any refunds may be delayed.”

The IRS started sending out letters in September to 130,000 taxpayers who did not address the healthcare requirement in 2014 and/or 2015, it says.

People without coverage, who do not qualify for an exemption, are subject to a penalty based on 2.5 percent of income or $695 per adult, whichever is higher.

A huge portion of federal penal law seems to me that it was written for that exact purpose. Especially laws pertaining to the alphabet agencies - irs, fbi, cia, epa etc. Fu*king with people they don't like has become SOP.

"Show me the man and I'll  find you the crime." The head of Stalin's secret police said that years ago. Lot of inside-the-beltway reptiles are unfortunately of the same mind.

You can not be charged with a felony for not having health insurance, or for not answering the question on a return, this has never been a thing.

The only penalty is monetary.  There is no legal way to penalize in any other form.  No house leans, no jail time.  Only monetary fines.

This is specific to health insurance not other IRS related matters.  Health insurance only and exclusively.  Only health insurance.
