Lets re-word it then:
"None of the quotes you posted allow for confiscation of any property beyond currency of USD specific to a voluntarily filed US tax return, or incarceration due to non-payment or acquisition of health insurance.
I laid it out very specifically that they can only take money from your tax return. If you consider that money to be confiscation of property then that's fine.
And do you really believe, the IRS, does NOT, Lean, real property/wages, or charge interest, (at a rate far, Far greater than any bank) And, TAKE, money, which again is YOURS, out of your return ?
Nobody said that, you did.
They, if you have a return, take that as a fine. A fine is not undue tax by definition.
Lets put it this way, all the talk that the IRS will take your house and jail you because you didn't have health insurance is incorrect.
