Question on this topic - I've picked up one of the cheap Emgo throttles as part of my cafe build. It has a threaded tube that the throttle cable end passes through and screws into the throttle assembly.  The outside end of this adapter is about the same diameter as the L-bend metal tube on the end of the throttle cable, therefore that metal end just butts up against it and is no where near secure.

For the life of me I can't find any info on how to get these two things together.  I even took the little insert to our favorite hardware store and measured the threads, picked up the proper-sized die and cut threads in the end of the L-bend - which should have solved the problem, but then discovered the L-bend tube itself is the -tiniest- bit too big around, so it won't screw into the throttle housing.

For the love of pete, someone please tell my what I'm missing here.  Undecided

This feels like one of those 'if it were a snake, it woulda bit me' moments.

Will do!
And I'll tell you what - the Revival guys are top-friggin'-shelf.  I bought my m-Unit and some other bits from them and they went above and beyond over email helping me figure out some of the weirdness of getting an m-Unit into our bikes.  I can't recommend them enough.
