THEY ARE UNDER OUR JURISDICTION AND THEY ARE BORN HERE THEY ARE CITIZENS!!  plain and simple language, and PROVEN THROUGH A CENTURY OF COURT CASES....
I'll buy you a beer to cry in....

Question: are they under our jurisdiction if they crossed the border illegally?
If they submit to our jurisdiction, wouldn't they be arrested?

If an illegal steps over the border and squirts out a baby, does she make a noise?

Yea, that is correct !
(First time in a long time you got things, ‘right’)

“No one at the time it was written, took the 2nd to mean what it does today”
Yet, ya don’t get this.
The 2nd, does mean today, what it meant 242 years ago.

(The way you rail against Trump, and all the total  B.S. you throw.
One would think, you, of all people, would want a means of protection from the government)

LOL - yeah, ya got nothin' mn.

You're saying that the Second Amendment was somehow written with clairvoyance?  (now, that's a big word you might have to look up...)

The Fourteenth is somehow the only one open to interpretation?

Please.... too easy to turn you on your ear.

that's because at the time, Native Americans were on their OWN territory in their OWN nation some of which we even had peace treaties with, meaning we recognized their sovereignty.

So the mother has no rights to decide the best future for her child, because it demanded to be born while she was in your house?
