The newer risers engage with the clamps to keep them from turning.
Also, just using regular clamps with them won't look right.

The Buckhorn handlebars, were those stock equipment in the past?  Wife's 2014 has a flat style and she's short so I'm looking for some Buckhorns.  What are the dimensions, overall width, rise, and center width.

I'm also trying to figure out if I moved the controls back will I need longer cables and hoses etc.

Thanks for any help

Any comments Verslagen?

they're 28" wide and 7" tall when the grips are laying on the ground.
And they pull back about 9".
