After all the things that Daniels has said about Trump including that he porked her while his wife was pregnant, there is no doubt that this is 100% libellous.

*If*, that is she's lying. If a 'libel' is true, then it cannot be 'libel'. He calls her 'horseface' which is kinda cute seeing as Trump is one ugly mofo. But that's really just an expression of his general misogyny.

Further as far as I can tell, to survive a libel accusation Daniels would *have* to *prove* that she is telling the truth, Trump does not have to prove she's lying. I find this situation very strange, that he does nothing at all. He could crucify her.

I am guessing he plays this “game” just like he plays all his others, with no real sense of the established protocol that seems to have always been accepted and adhered to by previous administrations.
Sure, we had devious SOB’s residing their before, LBJ comes to mind, however, they were more covert with the application than Trump....
Which, to me, is the thing I detest most about this man.
