And now sits at home, on administrative leave, (paid), for the last 16 months. Possibly on the porch, drinking mint Juleps, laughing.

10 MONTHS LATER, he was charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. But of course, he got Bail,
at a Reduced rate. and now, 16 MONTHS Later, is STILL not in court.
