2 bolts and the pegs fall to the ground.
2 bolts and a nut and the exhaust is off.
a dozen or so bolts, clutch cable and the cover is off.
being careful enough to find parts later priceless.   Grin

15 minutes might be rushing it, but doable.

I had my entire bike disassembled in 30 minutes...and everything was labeled and bagged. Comes from years of racing I guess. Got to get it ready between motos.
