Hi,
The shifter on my savage is super sloppy like its all worn out. What parts need to be replaced?

Maybe none.
Lay down and inspect it. Is the pinch bolt loose?

My shifter felt pretty loose, and discovered the shift rod that connects the pedal to the shift lever was bent like a banana allowing a lot of flex.
Straightened the rod and it's nice and solid feeling now.
