Eliminating bar wiring: questions?

I’m eliminating the bar switches and adding a push button on the stem. As for the headlight, I’m just running a toggle on top of the light itself.

I want to basically turn the key on, push button start, then to kill the engine, just turn the key back off.

Which of these wires do I need to jump/eliminate/toggle? The clymer manual isn’t a lot of help.

If you do this, get in the habit of making sure that your bike is in neutral before starting.

Clutch wires are already spliced, but the neutral safety switch is still wired up and the light works so at least I have one safety.

I would put a second switch in your headlight (or perhaps on the frame under ,say ,the front of your gas tank) to use as a kill switch ,this stop your bike from being stolen if you left the key in the switch and give you a way to shut of the motor if your down and the key snapped off .(other than trying to pull a battery cable on a running bike .) the kill switch isn't there for looks it's a safety devise , and maybe the only one you shouldn't bypass.
