Rumor has it that there was a chemical attack in Syria. Some people say No, no hospitalization of victims, no dead, but the political uproar is as if it was real.

This, on the heels of Trump saying he wants to bring our people home.

 Who is saying there are no hospitalizations or dead?  Can you provide a reference?  I know people there right now, they have seen hospitalizations, and asphyxiated victims.

 There's images and video available in Ghouta, medical workers there have provided first hand information.  Of course they could be colluding, and murdering the patients themselves and recording it.  I find that outcome to be less likely since there are other sources, and video of previous chemical attacks.  The amount of evidence in my limited research creates, to me, a preponderance of evidence that leans more towards chemical weapons usage than someone who says "No" with no other source beyond their opinion.

Syrians or Russians, does it matter?  In the Spirit of Vietnam, Kill them All let God decide.

Really though, this "Lets play nice at war"  is really kinda BS.  
Have you ever read the First Hand accounts by Germans of the Firebombing of the City of Dresden during WWII?  
In the Middle East I do not think the Hundred of thousands killed by explosives, and the what, millions with traumatized Brains and missing limbs, are all that happier we didn't use chemical or biological agents in with our explosives.
These types of weapons are simply too uncontrollable so for self protection, we agree not to use them.  So for that reason, and the sad aftermath for those who survive the initial attack, we try to contain the use.  BUT, when the enemy doesn't give a pooh about you or his own troops, only that he kills more of you than him, well it is kinda moot.
