The Moonshine Lunch Run will be on April 14, 2018.....this is the 14th annual and is reported to be the "last" one, as a death in the family is reported to prohibit these in the future.

I have been to one of these events, it was 41 degrees when we left at 6 AM - but it did warm up to the mid-sixties in the afternoon.  I rode a total of 570 miles that day to get a hamburger!  It is somewhat of a "bucket list" items for folks.........and the year I went over 2,200 hamburgers were served.

I am not sure if I will go this year - it is extremely weather dependent, and on some years it has snowed during the event.  There is a registration page - but it is not necessary to sign up unless you want written proof that you were a participant.
