Our friendly guide.
Don't ask me how he stands sideways and doesn't fall. I don't know.

When you open the link, I magically become upright.. with a slight list to port.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut between the seat and the handlebars. Make sure yours isn't too tight or too loose.

He’s an optical allusion. It’s not that he is leaning “to port”, but actually his head is mounted to the left side on his shoulders ! 😎🏍👍

Ordered a new full face to replace the open face/face shield that I destroyed when I went down.

Glad to see you are back. How is everything going for you. New face shield sounds good. How is all else?

I'm Sooooo glad to see your getting back on the horse !
Your a brave man , I hope you didn't get in truble at home for skinning the bike up a little , and the ribs too !
So , if I ever find myself in the same situation ... can ya tell if the ribs are broken any other way besides the pain ? If ya don't mind me asking - its OK to just dismiss that question if ya want.
I think you took the worse tumble of anybody I've known of since I started hanging out with this bunch 10+ years ago ...

Very good to hear that you are feeling better.
At the site, I was trying to see if anything fell off your bike. I found a lot of pieces.. but they belonged to other bikes. Obviously a favorite place to stop and contemplate the meaning of traction.
Asked many times if someone should go get the truck and haul you and the bike back to go camp. "Nah.. I'm OK" You got a funny idea of what "OK" means!!!
Just so you people know, this guy finished the Three Twisted Sisters loop, then rode all the way back to camp. About 150 miles total.
I will say that he declined to ride the Dirty Sister.. a wise decision.
I sure hope you come by again. Had a great time and would enjoy showing you some more of my stomping grounds!!

I trust your COMFORT LEVEL has improved significantly since the ride.
Cracked/broken ribs are tough to wait & heal.

Fractured ribs... The "pain" is caused by muscle spasms. The doc here gave me a muscle relaxer that worked much better than the pain pills the ER in Texas gave me.... Evidently I aggravated an old shoulder injury too. Next time I ride the sisters with youzguyz remind me to wrap myself in bubble wrap...
Sorry I threw a wet blanket on the ride for the rest of you.
