But I'm not sure that $1,000—which is taxed, taxable—goes very far for almost anyone."

What has she proposed or done that would remedy any of these concerns she now has?

I'm not sure, but it must be substantial, how many calories a nothing-burger has in them, if I am to take her statute (pun intended)  into consideration, seems its her staple diet.
