Anybody familiar with it? I know it’s huge, and attracts lots of summer activities. What am I looking for, and what to avoid? Thanks!

My aunt and her husband had a house boat on that lake and in their retirement they spent most of their summers on the water. They also had some acreage in that general area and had a hunting cabin. One time they showed me a box full of rattles from rattlesnake tails so that might be something to look out for. It is a fairly rugged area and their permanent home was in St. Louis. It gets warm there and the fishing is for warm water species. Kentucky and Tennessee also have some great reservoirs. Myself, I would rather live on a northern lake.

When we all come to ride Arkansas with ya in the summers we'll need a big yard to camp in ! An Out-side intrance rest room/shower might be good ?
