After much goading from the wife, I went to the doctor yesterday....
I knew it might be this, but if I never affirmed it, I could just keep ignoring it....haha!

So, I went to the dermatologist and they affirmed I have two episodes of active neoplasm on my face.
They will have to be removed.
One is a no brainer, up high on my forehead.....
The other, kinda in a bad spot, the side of my nose, under my eye....
about the size of New Jersey.

It will take a specialist and a plastic surgeon to get that one off.

I ain't the prettiest dang thing anyway, so no hurt there......
But my wife (who has a background in medical) says it will require way more tissue removal than just the immediate area.

Will most likely graft some skin from my butt area to the wound.

I wonder..... will I then really be a butthead, when so charged by others?

Anybody else have this procedure done?

Awaiting biopsy results and scheduling right now.

I had a lot of sun exposure fishing and surfing in my younger days, and they say these are sun related issues.
They ( the cells) rarely locate to organs, etc.

So, you youngin's......and oldsters, don't forget your sunscreen when you ride, this stuff is avoidable, just as lung cancer, etc, is....

He spent too much time in the sun with no protection too. Seeing him go through all that has me using Sun-Screen with the big numbers on it. Ray you couldn't be more right the way I see it.

The specialty you will require is a Moh's surgeon which is basically a dermatologist with plastic surgery training. They specialize in taking off the big skin cancers and making it all look as pretty as possible. A good Moh's surgeon can work wonders. Good luck to you.

Been there done that , no fun. My doctor says it you have a spot on you face if it doesn't heal itself in six weeks see a doctor. It's not just that spot it's the tiny roots that travel under the skin they have to get it all and that can leave you with a filleted face. So I wish you the best and don't look up mob surgery on the internet. So I promise I won't call you butthead , As$face ! Grin

Pretty hard to make a Maserati out of a VW Grin

I guess the biggest hurdle will be the tear duct, if this thing has roots, or whatever .....
I’m talking out of my butt right now, I have no idea what I’m up against honestly.
I became aware of that one about 3 years ago.
It sets right where my eyeglass nose pad rest.
I thought it was just getting inflamed from perspiration and dirt, as I have been pores.....

HEY.....

You know what they say about a guy who has BIG pores?

Yep, that he has a small brain Angry

Anyway, I thought it was just a mad pimple.
I should have addressed it after a few months when it didn’t go away.
They think the second spot might have been bred from the first one.

I will have a full body inspection after this is done....
Have pity on the one tasked with looking at this nekked body Grin

Plastic surgeon said he could stitch mine up or use a chunk of my ear to repair my nose and slice it all up to pull the skin over it. I just had him stitch it up , gives me that mean biker look, it's cool !
