With the election of Moore in Alabama primary, and the recent results of "outsiders" seemingly too hard for the press to call, etc.....
And with the angst exhibit at stalwarts, on the political stage, toward folk like Pelosi and Feinstein.....
I am sensing this movement toward "draining the swamp" has some real bite.
I think it will hit the repubs the hardest first, but it will be across the board... They just have more power they currently hold, too lose.
I am looking so forward to 2018. I would love to see real folks, who will not sell themselves out, win elections. A real grassroots movement like we saw Bernie get.
There is an article in the LA Times.
Roy Moore's victory in Alabama could signal a wave of insurgent candidates like the tea-party uprising
It nibbles around the edges, looking mostly at the right, but from what I am seeing, hearing, guessing, this division of our society, by the parties, identity politics, etc, folks are rejecting..... Not a "for" vote, no, but a "against" vote....
A real "resist" movement of the lies and deceit that have taken us to this point in time.....
