To the O.P. a sign isn't necessary, you could give me a location a nearby address, a road etc. Land that large with panels will be easy to identify ownership of.
These, here, are, Rented/Leased, properties.
I am sure their some, where a larger Solar Company buys the land.
The ones around here, tend to be in the 5-20 acre size.
