There are 4 kinds of people in this world:

The ignorant
The fool
The wise
The arrogant

The ignorant is not really bad, they just Don't know, for instance when a 15 year old girl has some guy come along and tells her he Loves her, she of course believes it.

The fool knows what is right or wrong but simply chooses to to do what is wrong no matter what the consequences are. this kind does not seek or want any kind of counsel to help him learn and improve.

The wise man is exactly that, they are the person that seeks advise and opinions of others so that they can make a logical, educated and wise decision on what ever they are considering.

The arrogant has no opinions or ideas. What they do know is that everything someone else knows or believes is wrong. No matter what you ever say or do they will always tell you why you are wrong.

Now you can have conversation with the ignorant because they are willing to learn, even the fool can be fun and sooner or later will wise up if they live that long. The wise are always a pleasure to have conversation with but the Arrogant, well you simply do not waste your time with them.

No, because you seem to think that jr was playing some kind of three dimensional chess... sorry - he just isn't that smart.

The fact is - he was looking for dirt. He hoped it would be more, but his intent was illegal.

There may have been a myriad of reasons as to why - but rest assured, jr was just the moron on the beach with a metal detector, clueless of what was going on around him...

I didn't say that what brought this all on is more complex than what the public has seen. But jr is an idiot that had no clue... that's all.

Not sure how you can't agree on that one, but whatever.
