My observation, only.

Looking at the bigger picture, all the spin, hypocrisy, etc, I fell upon this observation.
It's in generalities, but in a larger scope, I believe it is a clue to how fools are useful.

The conservatives are BIG free market capitalism, it's the main argument re: healthcare, etc, let the free market regulate itself.

The liberals and BIG on freedoms to choose, etc.
But within their own beliefs and scope of government regulations.

Call up the "fake media" argument.

The conservatives call foul, unfair, etc.
My question then is, why not let the free market work?
If it has no capitalistic sustainability, it will correct itself, yes?

I will stop here if you want to inject anything  Grin

One of the Constant cries was
We've never tried it this way.
If it's good enough for health care
It's good enough for wealth creation.

It does - it has.  However, run unchecked, capitalism turns to oligarchy.
The Rockefellers, the Carnegies and Morgans got real close.

Free to choose, just in our own belief system, which has government oversight and regulation.

The difference between Liberals and Conservatives, is...
Liberals believe in a government that works for, benefits, and represents the people.
Conservatives believe a government that works for, benefits, and represents wealth and Jesus...

Conservatives believe in the free market, one should rise and fall on their own merits.  Less government usually promotes the freedom to do so.

Why so much hostility for Jesus?  Really, coming from a atheist I would expect more animosity towards all religions.

Yes, seems silly to get worked up over a non entity, I would think that must be like arguing with a mute.  Grin
