I have a new seat for my brother's motorcycle but we don't have the three bolts that hold the front seat and back seat down. What are the specs for the bolts so I can pick them up at my local hardware store instead of overpaying for"OEM" bolts online?

I do know that the two front bolts are M6 X 1 (1 being the thread pitch) and maybe 16mm long is the size I used.  I'm not sure if the rear one is the same size. I want to think it is a bit smaller?

Best thing it to just take the bolts down to your local ACE Hardware if you have one and they will be able to match it up perfectly and have several different head types depending on what you want.  If you don't have an ACE, HD and Lowes may have some selection in their bolt section but nowhere near as good as ACE.  Of course a local nut and bolt supply store will have them, if there is one by you.

Thanks for the help everyone! I'll be stopping at my local hardware store to see what they have. If I had a bolt to compare I would take that in but I don't and that's why this forum is so helpful.
