Is the RUN switch on the right control in the correct position? Also, I'd let it crank a bit more. You give up after just one cycle.

It clicks off.  It doesn't let me go more than one cycle.

Then the battery is too low to start the bike . Get it on a charger for a few hours.

Monitor the voltage with a meter.
Know when it's done and stop.
Don't wanna overcook it.
