States have the right, whether the feds agree or not, to control their border from aliens and states have the right to Allow raising and smoking weed. The states can't thumb their noses at the feds when they are Trying to enforce immigration control.
Is it not odd that Obama was able to allow immigration with the stroke of a pen, but when Trump  decided to stop immigration suddenly the president is powerless...

Does anyone know if that mega sanctuary City, New York, has commissioned an artist to modify the Statue of Liberty from holding a torch to a one finger salute yet?  I can see a $10,000,000 Ivanka bracelet on the modified S.O.L. which is reasonable.  Note, the abbreviation is remarkably similar to the S**t Out of Luck  s.o.l.

Then at 2PM, it is found out, the LEO,   RELEASED, Jane & Jon Dow, at 9 AM. ?

Local LEO says:  “Oh  must have been a  Snafu in the paperwork”

Glad to have helped stir the pot (as compared to my younger days when smoking would have been more appropriate a verb).  I know many people think the Mexican invasion into the US is a real problem; it was OK back in the 70's when Everyone in Texas needed a swimming pool built.  The net movement at the border is towards Mexico, not the US.  I believe Obama as Pres set the record for the number of people sent packing out of the US.  My whole dislike of tweety's platform  is it is based on 50;s Republican platform.  I reference Nazi Germany as it is the clearest example of a mindless government using "them" outsiders to scare the population, and fear to promote spending on War making equipment and militarization of the police.  It is a police state thing I dislike.  I prefer building infrastructure, roads and water works spring to mind.  Reagonomics has been proven incorrect, a rising tide doesn't float all boats, only the mega luxury liners. If you did well under it, you are in the 10%; I'm with the 90% it didn't help.
