If you are talking only about the rim...and not the hub....you can use about any rim that has 36 spokes and a small front hub diameter.  If you get a rim that was used with a drum brake - the spoke holes will not be angled properly.  Rims with 40 spokes are pretty common - so you have to be sure how many holes are in the rim.

You then need to get a set of spokes to work with the rim...Buchannan's can get you the spokes you need.

I have a new rim with a small scratch that I can sell and ship to you for $100, a new stainless spoke and nipple set is likely cost about $70...unless prices have gone up since the last time I ordered.

Dave is 100% right.
However, if you are talking about changing the whole wheel (like a cast alum. one to go tubeless), there is a whole world of stuff out there.
BUT, you would have to do some machining for spacers, getting the stock drive hub to fit, a brake arm possibly, it gets involved.
I don't know of any wheels that are a direct swap with the stock drive hub, brake, and spacers. If someone else does, please speak up.
So it is up to you to determine how much work you want, or can put into it.

Ooops!  I might have not understood the Subject line....you are most likely wanting an 18" diameter spoked rear rim to match front.

Are you looking for just the rim.....or a complete wheel assembly?  (rim, spokes, hub).

There may be a Suzuki GT or GS rear wheel that might work - the problem is that most of those are pretty rusty and nasty looking when they come up for sale.....and you would end up having to restore them before you can use them.  Also some of them are likely to be a narrow 18x2.15 rim.....on vintage bikes it is not uncommon for the front rim to be 1.85" wide and the rear 2.15" wide - and that really limits your tire choices.
