Oz lining up the muffler.
Next will be setting up the jetting in the carb to match the pipe once that is sorted out.
Then removal of the seat "horns" to get the seat profile right, then hand made fenders & fuel tank.

Big, Powerful Engines NEED a fat exhaust, so, I'll Build a fat exhaust and I'll make power! Uhh, maybe not..

You've built a nice looking exhaust system there.
Intake design is just as important.
And with some hunting, engineering one is explained.

The Brits know which way to point the exhaust.
I always thought the muffler should bend up, ala Norton, on a Savage/S40.
Nice job & nice looking.....

I agree completely with Kenny. That exhaust is beautiful! I've been trying to figure out how to turn my exhaust up like that. I guess I'd have to fab a new header.

There's no problem that a full tank of gas and a sunny day can't fix!

Kris,
If SaltRacer shows us how he attached the muffler to the frame I think my muffler shop here in Denton could bend me an adapter to thingy the muffler up on an angle.

Yes, yes! Details please!
I tried brainstorming this once and couldn't figure out a decent way to do it without a lot of trouble.
