Next will be setting up the jetting in the carb to match the pipe once that is sorted out. Then removal of the seat "horns" to get the seat profile right, then hand made fenders & fuel tank.

The header pipe took 2 3/4 hrs to make we sand filled the pipe, you can see the cap on the end in one of the pics, then formed it Papa the ww's are Maxxis M6011's. I will post a pic of the bracket later this week. Here is a pic of the "silencer" haahaa
