The clutch cable is starting to frey up by the clutch lever. What is the cable I should replace it with?

A clutch cable!  

You can find them at the dealer, partzilla, eBay or even on here.  I have a couple of good used cables I'd sell if you are interested.

You have to keep the barrel on the end of the cable greased where it rides in the clutch lever.
