Burnt out bulb?
01/21/17 at 10:24:25

I own a 1988 Savage, which I recently obtained.  I noticed the indicator bulb next to the neutral indicator does not operate.  Is this the oil pressure bulb?  I am wondering if there is a way to tell if the problem is the bulb or the sender, without pulling the fuel tank.  Thank you!

If you have a high beam indicator and neutral light, you're good.

High beam indicator bulb is between the turn indicators above the speed-o-meter.  The indicator I am questioning is on the bottom of the speedometer.   Smiley

That's all there is. Do you have those two lights working?
If so, go ride. You won.

Apparently,  I am mistaken.   Embarrassed  The one on the bottom right is a "dummy" and the high beam is centered between the blinker indicators.  With all this snow, I'm beginning to forget what my bike looks like. Sad

There's no problem that a full tank of gas and a sunny day can't fix!
