firstly, and quickly, that he only did it AFTER the 3rd debate so there was no time for a real rebuttal by Clinton. He only started to focus on issues when it's abundantly clear that he's losing, he didn't have ANY of the "Trumps Contract" in place while he was running in the Republican Primary, meaning he made suckers out of all of you,
