I had to pull mine today so I thought I would share. Note there are 4 parts (in order from R to L, the order the parts go in): - rubber o ring - flat washer - spring - screw Hope this helps!

At 3 turns the screw is so far out of the hole that no additional fuel will flow if you open the screw any farther. If you can't get the mixture rich enough at 3 turns....it is time to install a larger pilot jet.
