Don't know what the bump in the middle of the back is.

But 2 friends, have a bump, on their lower back/belt area,
which looks Just like that.
And, (for them), it is a little, 'pack', designed to give a dose of medicine, on a prescribed time.

One is for Diabetes, one is for a Cemo chemical.

And when they wear, tight shirts, it looks exactly the same.

Don't know, but is that one reason, Hillery, often wears, the loose fitting, Really Expensive, (and really ulgy), loose fitting apparel ?

Podium mics aren't fake,... but they have both for back-up...
Lav's were probably hot... less hand noise from the podium with a lav...

pg.. most of what you are seeing down her back is the shadow of her head from the overhead lights...
..and maybe a hint of a granny bra clasp... Grin

(notice the triple mic shadows on the split pic I posted of them both,... hard shadows)

It's a big nothing...
I've done hundred's of speech event set-ups...
