So I went to Ty's Re-Cycle Shop this weekend thinking I might find some rear shocks from an Intruder or anything else ~12" with 14mm bushings.
Place is only open Sundays from 12-3  .
It was obviously very laid back with about 7 dogs lying around sleeping, a huge warehouse type space and a big yard out back.
I didn't find anything for shocks because mine are pristine and I didn't want to throw something old, worn and/or rusted on my bike.  But it was still cool to go there and just look around (minus all the yellow jackets and wasps swarming the place as they made nests in every possible open tank, muffler and handlebar!).
If I had a project bike going, there are some cool fenders that would be fun to play with.  Tanks, too, if one was willing to de-rust the insides.
Anyone have luck at a place like this getting decent parts?

I just searched on the Googles.  We used to have one here years ago that closed.  Had a great name:  D.U.M.P.  Denver Used Motorcycle Parts

Ask the guy if we could camp in his back yard for a week ... ??? ... , all attendees would leave ridding their "DREAM-BIKES"
