Even the volunteers who Knew when they signed up that they were heading out to kill people are innocent IMO.

There were five United States presidents who held office during the Vietnam War. These five presidents were Dwight Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.

JFK was bringing troops home.

LBJs first official act was to turn the ships around and send them back.
