So you got a bent front disc and your bars don't align to the wheel.
You'll need a dial indicator to best straighten the disc. Best I can think of is off the bike in a truing stand. use a sharpie to mark highs and lows and apply a force to straighten it. delicate at best. If you don't think you can do it, replace it. apply pen oil and heat to break down the loctite before loosening the bolts, they're a beotch.
check your forks for straightness. loosen the pinch bolts and caps so you can turn the upper fork tubes. a wobble indicates they're bent. if they're bent the same, point them in the same direction and tighten them up.
If they're not bent, just tighten them up and smile... it's your bars. Use padding and a pry bar, straighten to match the top tree.
And you can try to see if the frame is bent, but that's more involved.
