Will a HD Dyna Glide FXD1340 muffler fit on the savage?

Not sure about that model, but here's the Harley guide in the tech section.  The big thing you need to pay attention to is the mounting bolt locations, but I'd recommend reading the complete guide for all tips, etc.

Anything fits if you have a big enough hammer... Huh

You can't go just by model...
Newer mufflers have crossover tubes...  they're ugly, and a PItA to block off.
They also have primitive Cats at the inlet... they'll still work, but will discolor and run very hot...

Read my guide,.. and add it to your knowledge, then eyeball that muffy...
If it looks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck... you can make it fit...

Ok, so  this thing was a breeze! It was as if this model was made for the savage!

I made a spacer out of a aluminum can (like others have done on here). Used the HD clamp that came with the muffler, not issues at all.

Sounds extremely mean!!! Angry

There's no problem that a full tank of gas and a sunny day can't fix!
