Making America great again...
06/06/16 at 23:44:42

We'd all like America to be great...
...but, could someone point me to exactly when that was?...
When America was great?....
Not,... before this or that... or back when this or that...
Give a me a period of time... when America was great...
The time we want again...
Feel free to round it off to a year... (I don't need a month or day) (unless that period was that short)...
... just give me a year...

I think I missed it... Huh

Heck... I'd like the whole world to be great...
Can we do that?...
If I promise I can do that,... will you vote for me?... Huh
I don't have a plan or a clue... but I'll hire the best people to figure it out...
...and I'll make the rest of the world pay for it!...
It will be so amazing, ...you'll be blown away by how amazing it will be.

Vote for Sew !... as your write-in candidate...

A vote for Sew,... is a vote for, ...not those other guys...
... (that's my campaign slogan)... Grin
I will lead you like a m*f*ker.!...

Cum on,... somebody vote for me...
Just one vote...
How many people can say they were voted for President?...
Maybe we should have a vote exchange program?...  Huh...

It's a form of immortality...
...not the best one... that's a given... Grin

You, WE, are much too young.
Gotta be Pre federal reserve. The numbers are not easy to find.
America GREW economically and people were prosperous.
Yeah, nobody had antibiotics and anesthesia was not very good,,
Hold that stick between your teeth.
The Left hadn't repaired our thinking yet.

How about a clever slogan.....

"Lost Hope, Change it Back"

You will never consider the fact that ideology produced Donald Trump.
When you have hate being exhibited against a hate monger, restricting free expression on campus and the political arena, etc.
When a system allows the candidate to go from dead broke to extremely wealthy but not stop on everyone else's doorstep....
And just plain physics..... Every action has a reaction.
Then this is our destiny.

If anyone is appalled by the fact that a Donald Trump is seen by so many as
What America NEEDS
then what they need to do is ask themselves why. Rather than see his supporters as idiots, see what his supporters are MOTHERcrappity smackING SICK TO DEATH OF.

Great is the enemy of good.

Your thinking is why liberals suck so much. You sound like Hopey-change on one of his world apology tours. Better yet, you sound just like Michelle Obama.

When was America great? When it gave opportunities to millions who crossed an ocean for a better chance. When it told the British we'll govern ourselves thank you.  When it wrote a document that was practically unheard of at the time; that Kings and Queens were no more, when we saved Europe (twice) from destruction, when the freedom of our culture allowed the genius of people to prosper and the ideas developed brought medical advances, science advances, economic advances and greater prosperity across the globe. And on and on and on and on...........

But, I started this with great is the enemy of good. And liberals like you will instead point to all the flaws that come along from being a nation of 300 million. Fine, go ahead. I have flaws, but my wife still stands by me. My wife has flaws (far fewer than me which I'm sure you would agree to that...) but I stand by her. My children screw up now and then, but I would still knock the $hit out of someone who attacked them.

I have no understanding of why a man such as yourself who enjoys a standard of living unknown to over half the world, if not an even greater number, can't acknowledge the greatness of your nation and wish to spread it across the world. Instead, for some inexplicable reason, you want to drag us and the rest of the world down.

Why do liberals in general find the need to celebrate our few failures as opposed to the overwhelming amount of success?

Because, by God, we NEED to make sure that 1/2  of 1% of the mentally ill who can't admit that they are men must be accommodated and accepted and admired for their bravery and They are gonna scold me until I learn how to value them.
They have been Fixing society for decades. Ain't it grand?
A few more

So far,...  we have narrowed those great days to be between 1750 and 1920...
We should probably take a notch out for the Civil War...  Huh

...and add the caveat that it only applies to white males born of some means...

I thought it referred more to perhaps the Eisenhower or Reagan era...
...or even,... Clinton...        (Sorry,.. did I say that out loud?)... Grin

Tom Brokaw makes a good case for the WW2 generation.

Not sure if you even believe yourself if nirvana is even possible....
But that ain't the gist of your post, is it.

Ok Bot, when was there a period in time or perhaps a country where more wealth was created and people had more freedom?

Best regards,

And how do they pay for it?  55% income tax, 25% sales tax, 180% value added tax.  I don't care to subsidize other peoples lifestyles.

What's stopping you, you already have British citizenship don't you?

Who cares what percentage of income you pay in taxes.. if you still end up with more money to play with in the end?...
Danes have more financial security, more free time, and more cash to spend on vacations... better retirement, and better health...
... a better lifestyle...

I stay here,.. 'cause my bikes and friends are here...
Otherwise,.. I'd probably be gone.
I'm also too old to enter the Danish system...
... but,.. they are certainly doing something right...

This pic, with the Danish prime-minister, always makes me chuckle...
