What Conservatives aren't getting, is... government directing a person to a specific bathroom is the "Big Brother" intrusion...

I agree with you about the political nonsense Bot, but I would not say things were fine before. I have had friends in similar situations to some of those women in that story I posted, before any of this gender neutral bathroom stuff was major news.

I've had a couple of girl friends who, lets just say, don't wear dresses and have very short hair. On multiple occasions over their adult lives have literally had to lift up their shirts and flash people to prove that they were women and that it was acceptable for them to be in the ladies room.

It's just nonsense...

If you go camping and need to gooo, do you look for the mens tree vs. the ladies tree? I don't think so. You just find a spot and do your business. I just wish people would take off their silly blinders. We're all human, we all go, why should it matter where?

As absurd as it sounds, yes they did.
And not just flash women, men as well, who were concerned about a "man" going into the ladies room.

When I say they had to flash them, I don't mean that someone said something so they turned around a lifted up their shirts, they have been physically grabbed and yelled at by people insisting they cannot go in there.

Let me see if I can put this in a way you can understand. I have some friends who in some ways resemble this gorgeous woman (her name is Ruby Rose in case you don't know).

There have been times in public where they have not had makeup on (some don't wear it ever), a baggy t shirt and jeans, and are frequently mistaken for an "effeminate" man.

It would appear people (from what I can tell, who are not much different from you Wink

) find it necessary to assert themselves and try to control a situation they should just keep their noses out of.

Haha, I'll keep that in mind.

Yes that is correct. It wasn't so much that these people were asking these women to prove themselves, as much as they were simply telling them they weren't allowed to go/be in there, to which my friends deemed it necessary to prove their womanhood by what was under their shirts.
