But no one would have known any of that had happened had we not fought." Gee, then why would this dude be so scared he needed to strike a deal? Seems he would know exactly what was on that computer/email, etc... Odd. Federal prosecutors also reportedly struck a deal to grant immunity to former Clinton information technology aide Bryan Pagliano after he exercised his Fifth Amendment right not to speak with investigators.
