So why insist on associating "Islam" or "Muslim" with these terrorists?...

'cause every single one of them is a Muslim ?

Every time there is a mass shooting, the lefties put the blame on 'gun owners", and think that's fair.

But every time an Islamic terrorist kills someone, or a bunch of someones, blaming Islam isn't fair.

Having it both ways it what that seems like to me. Roll Eyes

Double standard?

........................................

Far from it....it's the terrorism that's the problem, not their religion....
To focus on a mainstream religion because of the actions of their extremists is a little short-sighted, I think.
Blaming the terrorists is what needs to be focused on, which is something that the other (non-terrorist) billion-ish muslims are doing, and seeing them as fundamentalist extremists, rather than your regular everyday 'Ahmed'.

Both the regular muslims and the extremist militia both take the koran as 'gospel' (as it were) but do they believe the same thing and act the same way?

To emphasize this ridiculous generalization, I'll suggest that the Pope, Jim Jones, KKK, and Ian Paisley are/were christian extremists, have very different belief systems, and have very little in common with either the pilot of the bomber flying over the Middle East, or the guy who ordered the mission (as both are likely to be Judeo-Christian).
So let's not label them by their religion, eh?, but by their actions...

Muslims take the teachings of the Koran as guidance in their day-to-day lives.
Fundamentalists take the ancient texts and treat them literally, and as a group can be 'manipulated' by outsiders with a political/business interest (oil or arms manufacturers, politicians, for example).

Excellent point.....
Also, they love to call a abortion killing a Christian too. Remember in San Bernardino they first suggested it might be an attack on a nearby clinic....

"Its the GUN, not the friggin idiot who uses it, remember dude....."

If that's not disconnected..... Huh

"Keep your thoughts bundled  Roll Eyes"

.....because you disagree?

But it's ok to associate all gun owners with the nutjobs that perpetrate the mass shootings
In addition, if said nutjob is right wing, that always gets mentioned, but if he's actually left leaning, it doesn't
Hmmmm
