Rat.... its not a child, yet, uh, unless I want to keep it, and then it has all the rights extended to it, and its mother, if by chance a doctor botches the delivery or the pre-natal care is to blame for a still birth, or, it ( the "thing" in the womb ) dies by accident of another, as in a car accident, OR..... if the mother does drugs, OR, drinks too much, killing the "thing", then, and only then, is it a baby Undecided

Exactly, somehow they got nuts mixed up in their heads. Baffles me to no end as to why or how they can justify it
