What electronics am I looking at?

I put my suzuki on a diet and when it came to the wiring harness and other electrical components I quickly got discouraged. I don't run any directionals on the bike and I want to remove as much as I can. In the pictures below can someone tell me what these are for and can I remove them?

In the top photo you have the rectifier (left) and ignition box (right).

In the second photo you have the decompression circuits and the turn indicator relay. Maybe more, but it's all covered in road grime.

It's all a real mess and a bit of a cluster fluck. What are WE looking at here?

Most likely the easiest thing for you to do is go to the YouTube site and look at the RYCA videos for the Cafe bike conversion.  The videos show most of the components and you can then identify what they are.  They give detailed instructions on how to remove the decompression solenoid and sidestand safety switch.  (If you kept your decompression solenoid you need to keep the controller in the system).
