I'm not sure I understand the question. The use of vindicate confused me.

Me neither.

In the context Jindal was speaking of and the current situation the US finds itself in on the southern border, I see no comparison between that and the Palestinians.

As far as Indians, unless you are a verifiable 100% descendant from Native Americans going back 500 years, then I'll address it when you pack up your stuff, leave the US and settle on some deserted island never inhabited by anyone.  Everyone lives on land someone else owned in the past.

Native Americans have no claim on US territory. It's time to end the silliness of different laws on Indian land.
