OK. I appreciate the advice. Really need to get it running right first. Anyone have any other suggestions? Ive gone back through the carb. Not my first time around a bike Ive checked all my normal stops.

It revs up real well in neutral, just while under a load it start bogging. Sounds like its hitting the rev limiter almost. get up to about 25 in 1st 35 in second before it start happening. If I let up then give it 3/4 to full throttle it jumps then immediately bogs again.

Not to be derogatory... but you're just a noob.   Wink
What do you know of stock or not?
snap off some pics man.  all of us here know stock on sight.  take advantage.

Sounds like you're running pretty lean...
did you change your air filter?
has your muff been drilled out?
did you check the float height?

Would be willing to bet if you replace your 145 main jet with a 150 or 152.5 you will see an immediate improvement in your upper end of the throttle range.
If not, then you missed something when "going through the carb".
There are several tiny passageways that need attention.
The 52.5 pilot jet is fine for a stocker, as long as you adjusted the pilot screw correctly.

A noob to the savage perhaps. I figured out the issue. Airfilter. I was running quite rich it seems. Problem solved. Thanks for the help.
