Oh sorry, I must have used "fuel leak" haha.

I'm french  Undecided

No reason you should be sorry, we'll use just about any excuse to act up 'round here (and most of us would have said 'gas leak' too)

I've changed the little o-ring on the float piston with a universel o-ring I had in my toolbox that fits on there really nicely, took the diaphragm appart to clean it and see if there was any dirt or cracks on it, nada.

I put everything back on, started the bike, and the fuel is coming out severely from the crankcase breather pod filter.

FML.

I just don't understand what could be my problem.

What has been done so far :

float bowl gasket changed, carburetor cleaned, float adjustment to spec, raptor petcock, float piston o-ring changed...

Have you checked the oil level in the crankcase?  It sounds to me like you have a crankcase full of gasoline.

If you don't shut off the Raptor and the carb drools for a while....it can fill the crankcase up with gasoline.  Then when you start the bike the overfilled crankcase blows the stuff out the breather hose.
