New Bobber build
03/05/15 at 19:40:40

Hello everyone. Thought I would start a thread of my current bobber build. Its been a long, cold winter in Toronto, with record setting extreme cold weather alerts. March is here and I can feel the suns rays getting stronger. The build is coming along nicely, and I honestly could not have done it without the ideas and support from this forum. here ya go.....

The day I got her, with 33xxx kms on it.

found a place for the regulator....mounted it on a peice of metal which I then screwed onto the inside of the fender mounting holes.

I had a good idea for the cc breather....found a brass elbow at home depot in the plumbing section. I thought this was the best way to do it....but I was having difficulty securing the elbow to the inside of the filter. For now ill just go with a cc filter

cut the ugly horns off. At this point I got a piece of metal to form a seat pan and figure out my lines

seat pan and side cover. Side cover is just building metal from home depot riveted together and cut to size.

Took off the handlebars to get a feel for what I want
