I am re-installing the belt and pulleys on my RYCA CS1 build.  I am using a new nut and lock washer on the drive pulley.  The washer sent to me by a dealer is different from the original which was flat and required bending the edge to lock the nut.  The new washer is a thrust type which is spring loaded upon tightening.  What confuses me is that I was sent a bag containing 2 washers even though I ordered only one.  I mic'd them and both old and new have a thickness of 1 mm.  Are both washers required to put enough pressure on the nut or do you think I was sent 2 washers in error?  My Savage is a 2004.  The washer part # is 09167-25019.  There is a following # on the bag, 13049735-33.  Any one install the new washer on their bike?  Thanks for the help.

The part number, 09167-25019, is listed on the parts fiche at Ron Ayers on the transmission page.  It is number 39 on the drawing.  In the list there is a 39-1, #09167-25014, which has a description 09167-25019.  There is also a listing 39-2 #09167-25019 with a description "lock washer".  I assumed that this is a superseded number.  The confusion for me was being sent 2 washers in the bag.  However, in answer to your question, the bag does not say Suzuki on it.
