The carb was leaking fuel through the breather tubes before and i dont want to spend money to have a deal fix it when i can just fix it. i know my way around the carb but i wanted to get your oppinions on the problem. I'm guessing its just a simple float/valve problem. what do you think?

Reply #5 - 01/26/15 at 06:51:51 Yeah it was leaking before the fire. but i took her apart and found that half the float was filled with gasoline so the float wasnt floating. ordered a new one today. so relieved! the fire didnt hurt anything but the seats, all of the electronics still work. still got soot but nothing chrome polish wont fix.
